NAP4+ Protected Alliances

Clarification: NAP protection is fixed and does NOT imply alliance ranking.
Ranking scope: SVS preparation performance ranking is used ONLY for Fortress and Stronghold (SH) selection order.
STATE RULES
Tiles
- Tile attacks are forbidden.
- Exceptions only during BIA / KE or when gathering on your own territory.
- Nearby tiles do not count as territory.
Buildings
- Attacks on NAP+ HQs and banners are forbidden.
Zones
- No city attacks in grey or red zones.
- No solo attacks for first occupation rewards.
- First offense results in a 2-week NAP exile.
NAP RULES
- No scouting or city attacks on NAP4+ alliances.
- Includes all protected academies.
- Leaving NAP to attack a NAP city results in:
- Immediate burn
- 1-week NAP exile
- No protection from state rules
- Leaving NAP to attack a NAP city results in immediate burn and 1-week NAP exile; accepting a rogue player before exile ends makes the entire alliance rogue.
FORTRESS & STRONGHOLD (SH)
- Max 3 Fortresses per alliance
- Max 1 Stronghold per alliance
- Selection order based on SVS preparation performance
- ONLY for Fortress & Stronghold (SH) selection (no general alliance ranking)
- First occupation must be done by rally
- Solo attackers will be burned/zeroed and exiled
KE RULES
- State Rules remain active during KE.
- Tile attacks within NAP are allowed until SFC only.
- City attacks are never allowed.
